By subscribing, you agree to receive at least one renewal order after your initial discounted purchase. This helps ensure fairness for all customers who take advantage of our special subscription pricing.
After your first renewal is complete, you’re free to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.
🛎️ Cancel, Pause, or Change Quantity Anytime
You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription quantity anytime after your first renewal. To prevent your next order from processing, please reach out at least 5 days before your next billing date.

📦 Need to Change Quantity or Product?
Your refill will always match your original order quantity unless you request otherwise. You can switch flavors, products, or quantities by contacting support — we’ll make it easy and ensure your next shipment is just the way you want it.
⏳ Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders secure products not yet in inventory. Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout, and then charged once the product is ready to ship.
- You may cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund or exchange under our Refund Policy.
🛒 Try Before You Buy
- When you select “try before you buy,” your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout.
- You will have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the product.
- If you return the product within the trial period, your authorization will be released. If the trial period passes without a return, your payment method will be charged in full automatically.
