🚚 Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order out fast. All orders ship with tracking and email updates from checkout to delivery.


⏱️ Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 24–72 hours (business days, excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time begin processing the next business day.
  • Peak seasons: Sale events and holidays may extend processing by 1–2 business days.
  • Preorders/Backorders: Ship on the posted release/restock date. You’ll receive a separate confirmation when they leave our facility.

📦 Delivery Estimates

Transit time begins once your order has shipped. Estimates below are averages and may vary by carrier, weather, and local postal capacity.

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Remote or limited-service areas may require additional time.

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs clearance, weather, or postal delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.


📍 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders ship with tracked service. Tracking is emailed when your label is created and updates once scanned by the carrier.
  • Carriers are selected automatically based on speed and reliability for your address.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders.

💳 Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Free-shipping promotions (when offered) apply to the lowest-cost tracked service.

📝 Address Changes & Order Edits

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can’t reroute packages.
  • Please double-check apartment/unit numbers, building names, and postal codes to avoid delays.
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund once marked delivered.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.
  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international orders ship DDU/Delivered Duties Unpaid—the recipient is responsible for any additional charges.
  • Customs processing can extend delivery times, which is outside our control.

🔀 Split Shipments

  • To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

📬 Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged)

  • Delayed: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days(domestic) or 14 business days (international), contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost: A package is considered lost if there’s no scan activity beyond the timelines above or the carrier confirms loss. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the order date for eligibility of replacement or refund.
  • Damaged on arrival: Please email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and make it right.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: First, check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us to review next steps. (Tip: some carriers mark “delivered” 24 hours early.)

🚫 Shipping Limitations

  • We can’t deliver to embargoed countries or regions restricted by carriers.
  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require specific services and longer transit times.
  • Hazardous or restricted items ship only to eligible locations and may require ground service.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 62-day refund/exchange policy on most items.
