📦 Return Policy

⏳ How long do I have to return an item?

You have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for returns

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Damages and issues

🚫 Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

To keep things consistent and convenient, your subscription will automatically renew every month with the same quantity of products you originally ordered — unless you contact us to make changes.

By subscribing, you agree to receive at least one additional renewal order after your initial discounted purchase. This ensures fairness for all customers who receive the special first-order pricing.

After your first renewal order is completed, you are free to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.

To ensure your next order does not get processed, please reach out at least 5 days before your renewal date.

Your subscription can be resumed anytime, and your billing cycle will adjust automatically.

All subscription orders are automatically set to refill the same quantity you originally purchased, ensuring you never run out of your favorite products.

🧾 Fair Pricing Policy
Your initial order includes a discounted rate exclusive to subscribers. Because of this special offer, each subscription requires at least one renewal before cancellation. After that, you can modify or cancel anytime.

If you originally ordered multiple units, your subscription will continue to renew with that same quantity each cycle, unless you request otherwise. This helps ensure accurate refills and smooth delivery.

We’ll always default your subscription to the first flavor or product you selected during your initial order, but you’re welcome to change it at any time from your customer portal or by contacting our team.

💰 Refunds for subscriptions

  • Refunds for defective or damaged items follow our standard refund policy.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
